The quality of this great classic Champagne depends on its sophisticated blend: 1/3 of the 3 grape varieties. A pale yellow color and yellow fruit flavors. A Champagne to be drunk at any time to share your best dishes. Best enjoyed as an aperitif.

Tasting Commentary

A pale yellow color with amber highlights. Champagne lovers will discover a a fine and complex nose. Fresh attack. The mouth develops flavors of peach and slightly honeyed pear. The finish is marked by a touch of freshness.

Le Demi-Sec

Blending

This Demi-Sec Champagne has a lot in common with the Brut Tradition: the same origins and the same blend (1/3 pinot noir, 1/3 pinot meunier et 1/3 chardonnay). But after disgorging a larger amount of sugar is added to get a rounder and smoother wine. This desired sweetness perfectly pairs with a Foie Gras or gourmet desserts.

Tasting Commentary

A pale yellow color with golden highlights. The fine and discreet nose enhances flavors of plums, orange peel and fresh almonds. A lively attack contrasts with a soft and silky mouth. Red fruit flavors perfectly blend with candied fruit fragrances - offering a round finish and revealing notes of citrus and confectionery.

Brut Rosé

Blending

An excellent summer wine due to the magic blend between Pinot Noir from Ecueil and Pinot Meunier from Trigny. A “coteau champenois” red wine – specially aged and produced for this cuvee - was added. This wine expresses its full seduction through intense notes of red fruits. A perfect Champagne to kick-start the evening or to pair with your favorite desserts.

Tasting Commentary

A salmon color with copper highlights. To the nose the wine reveals fragrances of wild strawberries, blackberries and cherries. On the palate this wine expresses its full seduction through aromas of delicious fruits and sweets. A lively delight that lasts over time.

Vintage 2006

Blending

It is time to discover this limited edition of 3.800 bottles. This wine was created to honor a late harvest. Grapes were picked at their optimum state of ripeness. Only premier cru “Vieilles Vignes” were selected to produce such an exceptional Cuvée: 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from 5 different plots exhibiting vibrant and evocative fruity and honey flavors. This exceptional wine will perfectly pair with a white meat or a cooked fish.

Tasting Commentary

A nicely golden color. The nose reveals slightly aromas of candied fruit, quince paste, dried fruits and honey. An aromatic maturity but a fresh wine on the palate expressing notes of citrus. An “allegro” attack and a lively finish.

Les Mono-cépages

Rosé de saignée premier cru

Blending

This wine personality reflects its origins – a Pinot Noir plot called « Les Chaillots » - and its winemaking process. After picking, grapes were not pressed but carefully destemmed to get a perfect maceration followed by an oak aging. Intense fruity and woody notes. This wine is worthy of your most beautiful dishes. Best served in a carafe, allowing the flavors to fully expand and develop.

A deep pink color with subtle brick-red glints. Champagne lovers will enjoy its expressive and complex nose (red fruits, flowers and wood). The vinous and ample mouth is balanced by a lively attack and a fresh finish.

L'Absolu blanc de blancs

Like its cousin the « Brut de Blancs », this special edition is made exclusively of Chardonnay. This Champagne has the privilege to be vinified in barrels and bottled without any dosage. A subtle yet powerful cuvee “sous bois” that offers a great tasting experience.

A pale yellow color with subtle silver shimmers. A frank and intense nose reveals notes of white flowers, pears and pastry. A lively attack followed by a round and fresh mouth with notes of white flesh fruits.

Brut de blancs

Blending

Exclusively produced from Chardonnay grapes from different plots, this “Blanc de Blancs” Champagne (white from whites) distinguishes itself with an aromatic bouquet reminding a flower filled orchard. With its fresh attack this fine and elegant wine can be served as an aperitif. It will also perfectly pair with fish and seafood.

A pale yellow color with subtle silver shimmers. The nose reveals a beautiful finesse, typical of Chardonnay. This light and subtle wine expresses notes of pears, fresh grapes and white flowers. The attack is followed by a round and well-balanced mouth with subtle brioche and fruity notes. The finish reveals a slightly acidic tone.

Cuvée Saint-Crespin premier cru

Blending

Saint Crispin – the patron saint of Ecueil’s “Premier Cru” hillsides - gave its name to this 100% Pinot Noir mosaic. The harvested grapes come from plots called “Blanches Vignes”, “Coupés”, “Consins”… This cuvee was vinified in barrel and patiently aged on its lees during 5 years. This generous and round wine can be drunk all through the meal.

Tasting Commentary

A golden color with amber highlights. A charming and elegant nose exhales a palette of yellow-fleshed fruit (plums and almonds fresh apricots). Lively attack. The franck mouth reveals a well-balanced wine with generous apricot notes. The finish is marked by notes of ripe plums and quince paste.
